你知道開口閃點試驗儀(yi)的實驗原理嗎
實驗原理︰
按照(zhao)所用閃點(dian)(dian)(dian)測定器(qi)的(de)(de)型式,閃點(dian)(dian)(dian)可分為(wei)閉口(kou)(kou)閃點(dian)(dian)(dian)和開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)閃點(dian)(dian)(dian)兩種。每種油品是(shi)測閉口(kou)(kou)閃點(dian)(dian)(dian)還(huan)是(shi)測開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)閃點(dian)(dian)(dian)要按產品質(zhi)量指標規定進行。一(yi)般地,蒸發(fa)性(xing)較大的(de)(de)石(shi)油產品多測閉口(kou)(kou)閃點(dian)(dian)(dian),因為(wei)測定開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)閃點(dian)(dian)(dian)時,油品受熱后所形成的(de)(de)蒸氣(qi)不斷(duan)向周圍(wei)空氣(qi)擴散,使測得(de)的(de)(de)閃點(dian)(dian)(dian)偏高。對多數(shu)潤(run)滑油及重質(zhi)油,由于(yu)蒸發(fa)性(xing)小,則多測開(kai)(kai)口(kou)(kou)閃點(dian)(dian)(dian)。
閉口(kou)(kou)閃(shan)點的(de)測定(ding)(ding)原理是把試(shi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)裝入油(you)杯(bei)中到環狀(zhuang)標(biao)記處,把試(shi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)在連續攪拌(ban)下用(yong)很慢的(de)、恒定(ding)(ding)的(de)速度加熱(re),在規定(ding)(ding)的(de)溫度間隔,同時(shi)(shi)中斷攪拌(ban)的(de)情況(kuang)下,將一(yi)小(xiao)火焰引入杯(bei)中,試(shi)驗火焰引起試(shi)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)上的(de)蒸氣(qi)閃(shan)火時(shi)(shi)的(de)zui低(di)溫度作為閉口(kou)(kou)閃(shan)點。
開口閃點測(ce)定(ding)(ding)(ding)原理是把(ba)試(shi)(shi)(shi)樣裝入試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)杯(bei)中到(dao)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)刻(ke)線。首(shou)先升高試(shi)(shi)(shi)樣的(de)溫度,然后緩慢(man)升溫,當接(jie)近閃點時,恒速(su)升溫。在規(gui)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)溫度間隔(ge),以一個小的(de)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)火(huo)焰橫著通(tong)過試(shi)(shi)(shi)杯(bei),用試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)火(huo)焰使液體表面上的(de)蒸氣發生點火(huo)的(de)zui低溫度作為開口閃點的(de)測(ce)定(ding)(ding)(ding)結果(guo)。
